Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are all those measures and conditions that guarantee the hygienic quality of some processed products, such as food
GMPs are the main system for the manufacture of food products in a safe way.
This course helps to understand that good practices must be followed in manufacturing areas and that they are required by the government and by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), according to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) (21 CFR Part 110) and CGMP modernized and established in the new part 117 (21 CFR Part 117).
It provides the basic food safety guidelines necessary for operators and employees who handle or process food.
This workshop lasts 4 contact hours and the certificate is valid for one year.
