certification required by the Food Conference under the Food Code of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in English). This certification is approved in the United States and Puerto Rico.

The certification is in person (face to face) you will be offered a six (6) hour talk and an exam of approximately two (2) hours. Included in the cost is study material (PDF), training, an exam, and certification.
